General Item Return Policy
In most cases, items from our store can be returned within fourteen days.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund a product, provided (in the case of any non-defective/damaged products) it has not been unnecessarily handled, i.e beyond the handling that you would do in a shop to decide whether to purchase the product.
If the product returned has been unnecessarily handled, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please contact us before returning a defective item to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.
Did your item arrive damaged or not working? If so we are sorry to hear that, however you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below;
- Within three days of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
- We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
- If approved, we will refund or resend the item; you may also be asked to return the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you have followed the process above, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within fourteen days.
Please note; if you wish to return an item for any other reason you can do so within fourteen days, however, you are responsible for paying return postage costs. We strongly recommend that any returns are sent via recorded delivery.
Any customised or handmade items are not eligible for refund unless faulty.
