Track Your Order

Depending on what you order we use different carries, in your tracking email it will say who we have used. For ease you can track through the email you received, otherwise please click on the relevant link below.


Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.


Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution centre, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the delivery confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (Royal Mail, Hermes or DHL) has picked up your package from our distribution centre. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow 48-72 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.


We know how important your order is! We provide our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

We will always do our best to assist you, but we do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

When Will My Order Be Processed?
Orders will be processed and sent out for delivery generally within 3 working days of ordering unless a custom order has been made. Most of our orders are handled and delivered out from our warehouses or suppliers in the UK and Germany with a smaller amount from the United States and Asia, unless they are coming specifically from the manufacturer (such as custom orders or items we don't have in stock)

Delivery Confirmation?
A delivery confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been sent out, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders if applicable.

We are proud to service our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in £GBP, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction

Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in £GBP, which means while highly unlikely you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.


If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

We process orders almost immediately, Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or sent out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
