I bought 2 whistles neither work. I tried to contact you via email but got no reply so the whistles went in the bin

The whistle do work, you need to set them up before use. We replied to your email on the 30th December advising you how to do this and including a video tutorial. As we hadn't heard back from you we assumed you had got them to work. It's unfortunate you have put them in the bin. Sammy
